We take pride in our premium craftsmanship. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we support hassle-free returns.
14-Day Return Window
You can request returns or size exchanges within 14 days of order delivery. To be eligible, the jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and retain the original hallmarked tags and luxury velvet box packaging.
Exclusions
Custom-engraved designs, custom-plated gold orders, and final clearance items are ineligible for returns or size exchanges.
How to Return
1. Email concierge@shreejewels.com with your Order ID and photo of the hallmarked tag.
2. We will arrange a complimentary reverse pick-up from your registered address.
3. Once inspect-approved, refunds are credited back to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
