Is your jewellery real silver?
Yes, absolutely. All Shree Jewels products are crafted in 92.5% sterling silver. Each piece carries the standard Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) hallmark engraved on the inner band or clasp.
Does sterling silver tarnish over time?
Silver naturally oxidizes when exposed to air, humidity, and skin oils. To prevent this tarnish, all our pieces are coated in rhodium plating. We also ship each item in airtight anti-tarnish bags.
How should I clean and care for my jewellery?
Avoid exposure to perfumes, sanitizers, and household cleaners. Clean gently using the microfibre polishing cloth provided in your luxury Shree Jewels box. Never use abrasive scrubbing gels.
Can I request a custom size for rings?
Most of our rings are available in standard Indian Ring Sizes 8 to 22. Certain custom sizing requests can be accommodated. Please contact our concierge desk before placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch all standard in-stock orders within 24 to 48 hours. Orders usually reach metro locations across India within 3 to 5 business days.
