Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Product received with a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

The jewellery must be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• In its original packaging
• Returned along with all original accessories and documents

30-Day Tarnish Warranty

Every Shree Jewels product is covered by a 30-Day Tarnish Warranty.

If your jewellery develops abnormal tarnishing within 30 days despite normal use and following the recommended care instructions, please contact our support team. After inspection, we may provide a repair, replacement, or exchange at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover tarnishing caused by exposure to perfumes, chemicals, moisture, swimming pools, cosmetics, improper storage, accidental damage, or misuse.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds generally reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
